Ambition should be a passionate search, meaning, and life is a sense be considered. It can be described as a determination to achieve a goal and success and distinction in a chosen field. In hard, is uncertain world we live today, an ambitious, clearly defined goals and a positive action plan to achieve this goal, you give your life direction.
Before you on your way to success ambitious start, it is important to ask two questions: "Whatprecise objectives must I set myself? "and" How can I motivate myself to achieve these goals? "
Motivation is "the suggestion that a person promotes act in a certain way." It is a term used to explain why people behave as they do. Motivated, behavior, and leads it arouses an organism to act. It provides the energy by stimulating the need for action.
Different people are motivated to take action on a number of different factors into account.
Have you thoughton the factors that would motivate you? What would you then determine the success that you would let nothing stand in the way?
Money as an incentive for success.
Money is a very strong motivating factor in the lives of many people. It is a very practical and comfortable - perhaps the most convenient measure of success.
If you have a lot of money will allow you to enjoy all the pleasures in life and benefits. It gives you a sense of security anda feeling of power.
Money is a desirable goal. It meets the competitive position instinct of many people.
With every means to promote and maintain your competitive spirit. If the money you provide the motivation to pursue your goal, there is nothing wrong with regard to wealth and prosperity as the center of your ambition.
Their motivation may have become very rich, the result of a natural human urge to excel and compete to show superiority over others, rather than aPreoccupation with money alone. Many people treat business as a watch a game in much the same way as sports events would be. Instead of medals, cups and trophies, success by the amount of money you make, is measured.
Some people are naturally more competitive than others. If you do so at a very competitive person, you look at your competitive spirit as something that you can be proud of.
It is a quality that you should be encouraged to promote to. The competition is the lifeblood ofour democratic system. It is responsible for the expansion of every important area of trade.
Every invention and discovery that life has improved, there has been a direct result of fighting spirit. Men in all journey of discovery have been by the promise of fame, recognition and applause for their achievements and the desire to prove in some ways superior to motivate their fellow human beings.
Why do you want to become very rich?
The reasonfor the desire to collect as much money as possible is irrelevant. To save time and energy for the analysis of your unconscious behavior is unproductive and unnecessary. It can be a wide variety of different motives.
You can also motivated because of the hardships you suffered in your childhood. Perhaps you were certain luxury items like a child deprived because your parents could not afford to buy them.
Perhaps your motivation, have become very rich is the result of a feeling ofUncertainty.
They feel protected money and protect you against unfortunate circumstances that may arise in the future. Many people are also motivated to become rich, because it gives them a feeling of power. It enables them to dominate others.
As well whatever the reason for your strong desire to be, there is no denying that the wealth will offer enormous benefits. You have the possibility of what life has to offer.
Wealth will give you the opportunity tobe generous and help others.
There is a great personal satisfaction from helping others, which are produced under difficult circumstances.
It must be recognized that motivates the personal satisfaction that we help out others - even if we decide to do so anonymously - to a large extent by selfish motives. Of course, others benefit as a result of generosity, but in the process of another feel good we feel good.
Freud pointed out,the pleasure-pain principle at the paper entitled 'Beyond the Pleasure Principle, published in 1920. In this paper he called attention to the fact that all of the desire to seek pleasure and motivation to avoid pain are. He was referring to the motivation of behavior .... "If by isolated impulses seeking instant gratification" controlled.
The word "lust" is used to determine a wide range of emotions. In a very broad sense, it encompasses a sense of "feelinggood ".
Of course, everyone is under different influences. What makes a person feel good does not necessarily apply to another. But in general, if you're lucky, have very much money, you can take advantage of what is taking product, service, or may choose in order to "feel good"
Other important motivating factors: self-expression, praise and recognition.
The accumulation of money for its own sake is often notthe main reason why people are trying to become rich. Many find the quest for money is a valuable form of self-expression.
Praise, recognition, admiration and appreciation are also strong motivators. This begins in childhood. The children are motivated, in some way they will bring admiration and praise from parents to perform. This may take the form of dance, song, or some other form of artistic expression that the parents like it.
But sometimes, this desire forSelf-expression is entirely independent of Praise. The children can gain a high degree of personal satisfaction to express themselves in a variety of creative possibilities.
This desire for self-expression is in adulthood and takes many forms. It is not in the narrow range of activities in the category, which includes as an artistic expression limited. Athletic achievement of any kind is certainly a form of self-realization. In many cases, they can be categorized as artForm, as can be aesthetically beautiful as ballet.
Self-expression is also an important motivating factor in many other areas of human performance. Although the accumulation of money is an important incentive to persuade people strive for success in business, very often the money itself is a subsidiary factor.
Why do rich people continue to work extremely hard to expand their business? It is certainly not the money that motivates them.Neither, in many cases it is the feeling of power that can give them a lot of money. It's because their work is a form of self-expression, an activity in which they are able to demonstrate superior ability and talent le in some areas of life.
This could easily be a subordinate motive encourages you to work hard on it to reach your goal, the secret passion that drives you to achieve your life's ambition to be what it always happens.
The poet, HenryLongfellow, ambition beautifully described in his inspirational poem
"A Psalm of Life" when he wrote:
Lives of great men all remind us
We can make our lives sublime
And can, by the way, behind us
Footprints in the sands of time.
There is no question that the examples set by men and women who have distinguished themselves in various fields to serve as a source of inspiration for us all.
It is interesting to reflect on the use of the word Longfellow"Sublime" in his poem in order to describe the success a try sought. Success for him accounted for more than performance. The success was a little high and noble, a glorious career, to immortality.
Even if you describe is not usually associate the word "sublime" that defines the list as "the noblest, great or sublime style", Freud used the concept to a psychological condition he called "sublimation", there is someConnection.
Freud, the word sublimate "into an experience that describe the form of substitution. When primitive instincts are regarded as unacceptable by the ego, they may be able to avoid anti-social behavior and socially acceptable in a somewhat different, a culturally higher activity.
Sublimation, as Freud said, was not necessarily a bad thing or a sample of neurotic behavior. It is a person with a strong, aggressive, competitive drives can beChannel these powerful forces in a meaningful activity, the results can be very beneficial.
The lesson is clear. By all means encourage your fighting spirit and your passion. Make sure you use the energy productivity of your competitive advantage aggression. Sublime it. Channel the powerful forces of your passion to achieve a worthwhile goal.
Apart from the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment when you've reached your destination, you will find the journey itself aexciting adventure.
