Find Angel Network

There are a number of applications when it comes to the concept of "Angel". You have the traditional version of a rule to protect called Guardian Angels (both) real as well as those with a beret. They have also used the more active.

Examples include:

Search In my 2007, I was blessed with the luxury of a fantastic fishing. The person wasby a local recruiter network, made me one of their contacts - a person in my field (marketing), who recently ended their search for work. So, what has their help Angelic?

During an hour-long telephone conversation looking at a crucial point in my early, that person (which I did not know) gave a toolbox of new ideas, contacts and networking groups, which was invaluable. More importantly, looking to do my job, moved my things the traditional game with very specific intent. In fact,this request is not only a game changer, but it did, the pieces of what to build my successful job strategy.

Here is a selection of what I get:

An introduction and referral to two critical and exclusive networking groups in the area

This person would have been nice, and done their duty by spending 5-10 minutesThrow me a few names recruiters. Perhaps they have a few websites they wish to recommend. Then we're done and I'm really not much better, right?

So, why is this important?

Firstly, each launch, you get the potential to be an angel. They are rare, as they should be, but it can happen. They tend to come from a trusted friend, but who knows? Here is one thing to do - every time you talk to someone, while the networking they ask, "Do you know anybody else that I should beto speak? It can be difficult to ask this question (which I get in the way), but it is important to always looking for new contacts.

Second, the Angels are not just people who advise. If you (an experienced job seeker and have not or do not think you need) a new toolbox, your fishing someone a brand new network for you, or someone could of tied up in incredible and you will always keep open their lookout list, then on to roll over their jobs.

Third, whetherEmployees, or have, you can, an angel for someone else. It is extremely gratifying to someone who really needs help. No skin back, but little of your time. Also thinking long term, imagine the support that the person you the next time you are looking for is offering.

Final tip - If you ask an angel on the line, you have to prepare intelligent questions respectfully, be courteous of their time (even an angel can be burned if) can be used over and say ... THANK YOU.
